Our Specialities

 

Our philosophy  is that top class food is an essential part of the holiday experience - each meal to be enjoyed and lingered over. 

All our dishes are cooked freshly to order using whenever possible fresh local produce, especially fish from the bay.  Main courses are served with a selection of freshly cooked Potatoes and Vegetables or Salad.

 

To Begin...
Prawn Cocktail served with brown bread and butter Ardennes Pate served with Dorset Chutney, salad garnish and warm toast Rolls of Smoked Salmon in a Honey, Mustard & Dill Sauce served with a salad garnish
Melon & Grape Cocktail with Cointreau Duo of Deep Fried Camembert & Brie served on a bed of green leaves with a tangy redcurrant and cranberry sauce Freshly Made Soup of the Day
The Main Course...
Fishes, Meat & Poultry, and Vegetarian Options... Roast Hake served with a Lime and Coriander Cream Sauce Whole Lyme Bay Plaice grilled with Lemon and Butter
Salmon Steak served with a Warm Tomato Vinaigrette

Shank of Lamb browned in the pan then braised in a red wine gravy with redcurrants, mint & rosemary

Succulent Sirloin Steak served with a rich Chasseur Sauce of mushrooms, onions & red wine
West Country Pork - medallions of pork tenderloin, pan-fried in an apple, cider & Dorset blue vinney cream sauce Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Cannelloni Mushroom, Broccoli & Stilton Pasta Bake
